Announcing the second edition of Wilcoworld Radio, broadcasting worldwide only at wilcoworld.net starting Friday, June 15 @ 6p CT. Tune in and turn it up.

This weekend we’ve got 7+ hours of programming including an unreleased song by Jeff Tweedy, an exclusive song-by-song with Nels Cline on his newly-released album ‘Currents, Constellations’ (on Blue Note), a guided record store crawl through Memphis and Nashville with Pat Sansone, a guest DJ hour by WFUV Public Radio’s Rita Houston and lots more.

If you can’t tune in Friday, the program will loop through Sunday. Tune in at 6a + 6p CT all weekend long.

Being There turned 21 this year, so it’s officially old enough to go out there and have one on its own. To celebrate, the reissue (out Dec. 1) adds a 15-pack of bonus tracks including alternate versions of “I Got You” and “Say You Miss Me,” plus never-before-released recordings like “Dynamite My Soul” and “Better When I’m Gone.” Also included in all formats of Being There – Deluxe Edition is Wilco’s 1996 session from KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic radio show, and in the CD and digital versions you’ll also get Wilco’s raucous 20-song set from the Troubadour in Los Angeles, November 12, 1996. In-depth liner notes from journalist Steven Hyden are the proverbial straw that stirs the drink.
